Pentru aceasta imagineaz\u0103-\u021bi cl\u0103direa ca un mecanism, adic\u0103 o mul\u021bime de componente individuale interconectate, a c\u0103ror rol este de a transfera \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103rile tuturor for\u021belor care ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 asupra cl\u0103dirii \u00een funda\u021biile acesteia.<\/p>\n<p>Principala for\u021b\u0103 care ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 asupra unei cl\u0103diri este <strong>gravita\u021bia.<\/strong> De aceea arhitectura este spectaculoas\u0103 c\u00e2nd \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 \u201cp\u0103c\u0103leasc\u0103\u201d gravita\u021bia. La aceasta se adaug\u0103, dup\u0103 caz: v\u00e2ntul, mi\u0219c\u0103rile seismice, vibra\u021biile determinate de activit\u0103\u021bile oamenilor \u0219i diverselor echipamente, \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103rile cu oameni \u0219i obiecte din cl\u0103dire, defecte ale structurii de rezisten\u021b\u0103 ce pot ap\u0103rea din gre\u0219eli de construc\u021bie\/ proiectare\/ utilizare improprie etc.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a analiza rezisten\u021ba structurii unei cl\u0103diri, \u0219i implicit a distribu\u021biei \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103rilor for\u021belor, se aplic\u0103 principile echilibrului static, al treilea principiu al mecanicii, enun\u021bat de Newton-<em> Principiul ac\u021biunii \u0219i reac\u021bi<\/em><em>unii<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cC\u00e2nd un corp ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 asupra altui corp cu o\u00a0<\/em><span><em>for\u021b\u0103<\/em><\/span><em>\u00a0(numit\u0103\u00a0<\/em><span><em>for\u021b\u0103 de ac\u021biune<\/em><\/span><em>), cel de-al doilea corp ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u0219i el asupra primului cu o\u00a0<\/em><span><em>for\u021b\u0103<\/em><\/span><em>\u00a0(numit\u0103\u00a0<\/em><span><em>for\u021b\u0103 de reac\u021biune<\/em><\/span><em>) de aceea\u0219i m\u0103rime \u0219i de aceea\u0219i direc\u021bie, dar de sens contrar.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cu alte cuvinte, <strong>ca o cl\u0103dire s\u0103 fie stabil\u0103, orice for\u021b\u0103 care ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 asupra ei trebuie s\u0103 fie contracarat\u0103 cu o for\u021b\u0103 egal\u0103 \u0219i opus\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rolul fiec\u0103rui component \u00een ansamblul rezisten\u021bei cl\u0103dirii este diferit, unele formeaz\u0103 sistemul structural al cl\u0103dirii &#8211; scheletul ei, care dac\u0103 ar fi eliminate cl\u0103direa s-ar deteriora\/pr\u0103bu\u0219i, se numesc <strong>portante<\/strong>, iar altele, care dac\u0103 ar fi eliminate cl\u0103direa nu s-ar deteriora\/pr\u0103bu\u0219i, se numesc <strong>neportante<\/strong>. Acestea \u00eendeplinesc diverse func\u021biuni necesare bunei utiliz\u0103rii a cl\u0103dirii: de \u00eenchidere spre exterior, compartimentare interioar\u0103, decora\u021bie \u0219i finisaje, etc. Aten\u021bie, \u0219i elementele portante pot avea aceste func\u021biuni. De re\u021binut c\u0103 <strong>rezisten\u021ba<\/strong> \u00eentregii cl\u0103dirii se analizeaz\u0103 \u0219i se calculeaz\u0103 pe ansamblul cl\u0103dirii.\u00a0 Structurile pe care le alc\u0103tuiesc aceste componente pot fi de la igloo-uri la zg\u00e2rie nori, de la coji de beton la mari poduri metalice, dar toate trebuie s\u0103 fie <strong>stabile \u0219i sigure<\/strong> pentru ocupan\u021bii lor.<\/p>\n<p>Componentele unei cl\u0103diri trebuie s\u0103 fie proiectate at\u00e2t pentru a rezista \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103rilor la care sunt supuse f\u0103r\u0103 a se pr\u0103bu\u0219i, c\u00e2t \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i poat\u0103 \u00eendeplini scopul dorit f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 se clatine, s\u0103 se mi\u0219te sau s\u0103 vibreze \u00eentr-o asemenea m\u0103sur\u0103 \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 \u00eei perturbe pe ocupan\u021bii cl\u0103dirii sau s\u0103 provoace deterior\u0103ri altor elemente ale cl\u0103dirii, instala\u021biilor sau finisajelor sau chiar a vecin\u0103t\u0103\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a determina dac\u0103 un element structural este capabil s\u0103 reziste \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103rilor for\u021belor la care este supus, doi factori majori se iau \u00een considerare: <strong>dimensiunea sa \u0219i propriet\u0103\u021bile materialului din care este f\u0103cut<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arhitectul stabile\u0219te tipul de sistem structural care se va utiliza \u00een construc\u021bia sa, iar inginerul de structuri se ocup\u0103 de proiectarea acestuia \u0219i r\u0103spunde de rezisten\u021ba sa<\/strong>. Pe parcursul proiect\u0103rii, structura propus\u0103 ini\u021bial de arhitect este ajustat\u0103 dup\u0103 calculele de rezisten\u021b\u0103. Cel mai sugestiv exemplu este un lan\u021b sau un pod pe funii. Arcele de zid\u0103rie sunt \u0219i ele forme active, fiind de fapt lan\u021buri inversate. Tot forme active sunt structurile ce se pot ob\u021bine cu p\u00e2nze tensionate, pe principiul cortului sau structurile penumatice.<br \/> 2. <strong><em>vector activ, <\/em><\/strong>tipul structural care transfer\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103rile for\u021belor printr-o serie de componente rigide \u0219i interconectate, care sunt mici \u00een compara\u021bie cu dimensiunile structurii \u00eentregi \u0219i, prin urmare, nu sunt capabile s\u0103 dezvolte for\u021be semnificative de \u00eendoire sau forfecare.Modul de dispunere al acestor componente este \u00een triunghi sau tetraedru triunghiular, forme nedeformabile.
